To apply for a Library card, you will need to complete a short application. You may download and print the <application> or ask for one at the Library's Circulation Desk. You will need to bring the application to the Library for final processing and verification.
If you are 16 years or older, you will need photo ID and proof of current address.
If you are 15 years or younger, a parent or guardian must sign the application and provide identification.
With your card, you may check your library record, place holds, cancel holds, and renew your checked-out materials online.
