Thank you for your interest in programming at the Louisville Public Library. Our programs are open to all, without charge, but you may recommend age limitations for participants. Most of our programs typically run for approximately 60 minutes. 

Programs will be reviewed within a month of the library receiving them. Final plans for programs must be completed 2 months prior to the scheduled program date. If your program is approved, you are welcome to briefly introduce yourself and/or your service or business as it relates to the event, however you may not market your business or sell any products or services before, during or after the program. We do not offer time for you to market yourself during a library presentation.
